Dumbells
I recommend starting with 5lb dumbbells & 10-12lb dumbbells or purchase adjustable dumbbells.

Stability
Having a stability ball is not essential, but there will be some exercises that include it.

Step Stool or Bench
Something to step up on is needed. I recommend an adjustable step, step stool or a bench.

Slam Ball
Optional...but one of my FAVORITE at-home pieces of equipment for a quick, effective calorie burn and full body toner.

Barbell
